In the year 1979 the parents and students of the PTA banded together and published a cookbook to raise funds for arts education programs. A 40-year reunion between this book and artist Sarah Pavsner-Mael inspired her to paint water color images of the ingredients for these classic Midwestern recipes and publish a sequel titled It's All Elementary cookbook. This collection of kitchenwares was designed with artwork from the cookbook. In the spirit of the 1979 version of the cookbook, profits from the sale of items will go to art education programs in under-served communities across the United States of America.
